Brockett Road
Traffic Calming Project

What is the Brockett Road Traffic Calming Project?

Due to safety concerns, the City of Tucker is implementing the Brockett Road Traffic Calming project. The work began in October 2022. The initial phase involves complete repaving of the road.  This will be followed by the installation of center medians and chicanes as well as lane restriping.

Road work is projected to last three months weather pending, and it will be performed from Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.. Lane closures will occur between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., and through traffic is encouraged to find alternate routes during school pick-up hours. Traffic delays are expected throughout the project. We thank you for your patience during this time.
