EMPLOYEE BENEFITS BROKERAGE SERVICES

INTRODUCTION:
The City of Tucker, Georgia, is requesting proposals from a licensed broker in the state of Georgia (hereinafter called “broker”); and proposer is preferred to have experience with other governmental entities, listing any and providing reference contacts.

The City of Tucker maintains several employee benefits. It is the intent of the City to have a single broker provide all the insurance benefits services specified in this proposal for all accounts stated within the scope of services.
