INTRODUCTION:
The City of Tucker seeks to engage the services of a qualified contractor to provide road and stormwater repair and maintenance services throughout the City of Tucker under the direction of the City’s Public Works Department. The projects vary in scope and magnitude.
Proposals will be accepted until the date and time listed below and will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder whose bid, conforming with all the material terms and conditions of the RFP. The City reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as provided for in O.C.G.A. § 36-91-21. Addenda and updates to this bid manual will be posted on the City of Tucker website http://tuckerga.gov or may be requested by email procurement@tuckerga.gov.
