    If you're new to partnership dancing or you wish to sharpen your fundamentals, this is the class for you. We'll cover the basics and then go beyond. Every class includes a video review & social practice. Beginners welcome, no partner necessary..

    Join us for an Afro-Brazilian form of martial arts! There are classes for both adults and children starting at 6 years old.

  • EVOLVE Dance Fitness Class
    The moves and dances become second nature over time. It’s an inclusive class where you can exhale and shake your hips.

  • EXERCISE CLASS provided by Fit Camp
    This class is the total package. It includes one hour of cardio followed by strength and core conditioning. Class will finish with flexibility segments to lengthen and stretch major muscle groups.

  • TUCKERCISE
    This class blends strength and cardio aiming to increase your heart rate and create lean muscle mass. Move to the instructor with exercises designed to strengthen your muscles and increase your range of motion.

YOUTH

  • PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
    This program includes physical exercises geared toward improving balance and strength. The movements involved in tumbling contribute to the development of all major muscle groups. Each class will be geared towards learning basic gymnastics skills. Participants will learn skills that include floor, beam, bars, vault, tumble trak, and safety falls. Participants will learn valuable lessons on strength, flexibility, maturity, coordination, and listening skills.

    SATURDAY (January 20-March 16)
