Capital Projects Coordinator

Description : The Capital Projects Coordinator is responsible for project development and coordination of the city’s capital improvement program from initial project definition, scope, and budgeting to completion of construction and warranty period. Work involves a variety of tasks associated with coordination and oversight of capital projects, including budget preparation and management, researching, applying for, and managing capital related grants, oversight of capital purchases, procurement and contract development and administration, developing standard reporting and status updates to the City Manager, and other general administrative responsibilities.
