Invitation:

The City of Tucker, Georgia requests that interested parties submit bids for the Renovation of the Interior of City Hall. Bids will be accepted until the date and time listed below and will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid, conforming with all the material terms and conditions of the ITB, is the lowest in price. Addenda and updates to this bid manual will be posted on the City of Tucker website, http://tuckerga.gov/bids, or may be requested by email to procurement@tuckerga.gov.

*PRE-BID CONFERENCE – Mandatory With Conditions: Friday, September 20, 2024 at 10 a.m.

Attendance is mandatory; however, if staff from bidding firm attended the pre-bid conference on May 17, 2024 for ITB #2024-009, the firm may be exempt from attending this pre-bid conference IF:

• The firm notifies the City of their intent to bid prior to the pre-bid conference on September
  20, 2024 by emailing procurement@tuckerga.gov no later than Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 5:00pm EST.
• The individual(s) who attended on behalf of the firm at the pre-bid conference on May 17, 2024 for ITB #2024-009 are still with the firm upon submission of their bid for ITB 2024-023.

Responsive and responsible bidders will be required to sign in at the September 20, 2024 pre-bid conference OR have signed-in and attended the pre-bid conference on May 17, 2024 for ITB #2024-009 and notified the City of their intent to bid again by the stated deadline.
