A Division of Community Development

The Planning and Zoning Division of Community Development works to guide orderly growth and development of the city in accordance with the comprehensive plan and in the best interest and welfare of the people.

Main tasks: keeper of the code, rezonings, special land use permits, variances, business location approvals, assisting the public with local regulations, etc.
