The Tucker Mayor and Council met on October 26, 2026 for their monthly work session as a body of six, as Councilmember Amy Trocchi was out with an excused absence. Scouts from BSA Pack 129 led the Pledge of Allegiance.
As with all work sessions, the meeting agenda was discussion items and presentations, without any official votes.

- Montreal Park Master Plan Update: highlight of community engagement efforts thus far; online survey, a community event at City Hall and two meetings of the stakeholder group.
- Discussion of upcoming plans and studies: Henderson Park Master Plan, ADA Transition Strategy have recently been completed, and Montral Park Master Plan is still ongoing. Remaining for FY27 – Downtown Master Plan Update, Tucker Recreation Center Feasibility Study and a code audit.
- September 2026 Financials: Finance Director, Erich Krahn presented on the monthly financials for September while using and explaining the transparency software that shows updates of city revenue and spending by fund. This is accessible via the Finance department page on the website.
- Upcoming Agenda Items: pedestrian lighting, downtown restriping and code updates. The City Manager also presented updates on the ongoing major capital projects.
- Update on Flock License Plate Reader Cameras: the City initially contracted to coordinate and help DKPD in 2019 with five license plate readers. In 2023, the City expanded the contract for an additional 10 cameras but now that DKPD has taken on their own contracts, the City has started the conversation for DKPD to take over the current contract.
The Mayor and Council recessed to executive session and returned without further action.
