Invitation:
The City of Tucker, Georgia requests that interested parties submit bids for the construction improvements to Rosenfeld Park. The project consists of the site construction of a tennis court park, including site preparation, grading, stormwater management systems, retaining walls and an asphalt parking area, in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and applicable codes. Bids will be accepted until the date and time listed below and will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid, conforms with all the material terms and conditions of the ITB and is the lowest in price. Addenda and updates to this bid manual will be posted on the Georgia Procurement Registry Website and the City of Tucker’s website at http://tuckerga.gov/bids or may be requested by emailing procurement@tuckerga.gov.
